Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and myServiceBiz System for the use of myServiceBiz System. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

Your account and workspace

Keep your password safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
The workspace owner controls the workspace, its members, its plan, and its data.
You are responsible for what you and your team enter, and for having the right to store your clients' details.

Plans, trial, and payment

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown on the pricing page.
Yearly plans are paid once for the year. Monthly plans renew automatically on a card or Maya until you cancel.
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

When a plan ends

If a trial or plan ends without payment, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, but you can't create or change records until a plan is active again. We never hold your data hostage.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The owner can download all workspace data at any time from Settings → Data.
The owner can delete the workspace; it is erased permanently after 14 days.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, store content you have no right to, or try to access other workspaces, overload the service, or get around its limits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
